Everything you need to know before booking.
Our property is located at Via Filippo Zuccarello 29, Palermo. You will receive detailed directions via email or WhatsApp on how to reach us, including public transport options and main road access by car. For more information, visit the Contact page.
Our property can accommodate up to 8 people (including adults and children). Groups larger than 8 guests are not allowed.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning/heating, free Wi-Fi, television, bed and bath linen, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, and washing machine.
Parking is free right outside the house. We invite you to check the Conventions page and contact us before your arrival if you have any specific parking needs.
Pets of any kind are not allowed. Please do not insist.
Smoking is not allowed. The property is equipped with smoke detectors.
To check availability, you can use our online booking system or contact us via email or WhatsApp. Once you’ve selected your desired dates, you’ll be asked to fill in the required details in the booking form and proceed with payment to confirm your reservation.
Click on the “Book” button on our website, enter your desired dates, and check availability. If available, confirm your booking by filling out the form with your details. You will receive payment instructions via email, according to the deposit or balance policy.
Through the website, it is possible to book a stay of at least 2 nights. If you need to book for just 1 night, we invite you to contact us by email (info@dimoradelviaggiatore.com) or by phone to check availability.
After your booking request, the host will verify actual availability, including on other platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.). If there is an overlap and the accommodation is not truly available, you will receive a cancellation notice and no charges will be applied.
After you send us the bank transfer receipt, you will receive a booking confirmation email as soon as we register the payment. This email will also include check-in instructions and a link to upload your ID documents.
Within 48 hours of the booking request. If you do not send the payment receipt within this time frame, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
If the booking is made more than 5 days before check-in, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required. The balance will be paid at the property upon check-in. If the booking is made within 5 days of check-in, full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note that all payments are non-refundable and the tourist tax must always be paid at check-in at the property.
To book through the website, a bank transfer is required for the requested amount (deposit or full payment, depending on timing). No other online payment methods are currently available.

The price includes: the entire apartment for exclusive use, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and heating/air conditioning and utility costs. At the time of booking, you can choose to add late check-in as an extra service.
The tourist tax is not included; it is mandatory for guests over the age of 12 and must be paid at check-in, along with any extra services.
The Municipality of Palermo requires a mandatory fee of €2 per night for each guest over the age of 12.
Yes, if you have only paid the deposit, you can settle the remaining amount upon arrival in cash (euros) or via instant bank transfer for larger amounts.
Check-infrom 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. For late arrivals (from 9:00 PM to 11:45 PM) a €20 surcharge applies, to be paid on site.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

Payments made (deposit or full amount) are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. We invite you to consult the full contractual terms for further details.
No security deposit is required upon arrival. However, any damages or missing items found will be charged to the person responsible for the booking.
All data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). We use your data exclusively for purposes related to your booking and legal obligations (e.g., guest registration). For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
As this is a short-term rental for tourism purposes, the maximum duration cannot exceed 30 consecutive days, in accordance with Italian law.
In caso di controversie sulla validità, interpretazione o esecuzione del nostro contratto di locazione breve, fa fede la legge italiana e la competenza territoriale è del Foro di Palermo, salvo eventuali previsioni inderogabili di legge.
Yes, it is possible to arrange luggage storage at the time of check-in.
