The form must be completed in one session and cannot be saved or resumed later.
Before clicking “Start Check-in”, make sure you have the following for each person staying:
A copy of a valid ID or passport (PDF, JPG or PNG – max 10 MB)
A selfie holding the ID next to the guest’s face, ideally near the cheek (PDF, JPG or PNG – max 10 MB).
All information will be used exclusively for legal identification and submitted securely to the Italian authorities via the official Police portal.
